Establish position as the main interface for the company for OEM customer.
Creating and developing new business opportunities
Managing quotation process within company
Interfacing with other Group companies and at corporate level
Project management from initial prototype order through to production
Organising and leading regular project reviews
Actively seeks feedback from customers on ways to potentially improve customer processes and relationships.
To accomplish and promote safety and environmental
Drive revenue and pricing with assigned customer base for improved profitability.
Visit customers and develop long term relationships to understand current & future needs.
Manage all aspects of customer relationship at plant including pricing, forecasting, financial program performance, material recovery, foreign exchange recovery and growth opportunities.
Manage customer satisfaction dashboard at plant to ensure the company is meeting all customer expectations including technology, quality, delivery etc.
Deploy and follow company global processes (i.e. quotation, growth tracking, monthly operating review updates), input into forecasting & reporting, and drive ownership within plant.
Lead the development of presentations and action plans for potential new clients and prepare executive briefings on strategic decisions, customer meetings or opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of competitor capabilities.
Play a key role in annual and long-term strategic planning with growth initiatives by identifying potential new markets and customers.

Requisitos mínimos
Industrial Engineering Superior Degree.
8-10 years related professional experience
English (fluency in reading, writing and speaking), Additional language(s) would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent analytical, problem solving, oral, written, and team skills.
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Be self-motivated and able to motivate others
Must have ability to prioritise own work and that of the team
Must be an effective communicator across all areas of the business
Take active role in personal career development and personal performance management process
Good leadership and inter-personal skills
Strong technical / mechanical background, together with demonstrable sales and project management skills
Must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and ambition to succeed
